Iris Charabi-Berggren is a new media artist, working with video, sound and photography. She was born in Tel Aviv, Israel and currently lives and works in San Francisco, California. She graduated in 1999 from the San Francisco Art Institute with a BFA in Sculpture and received her MFA in media arts from the California College of the Arts in 2007. Her work has been shown throughout the US and her most recent videos have been screened at the New Langton Arts in San Francisco and at the Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive in Berkeley, California.
